- Step 3: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit the grievance in writing to the Mayor's Office for further review.
- Step 4: You also have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
